Using My Loaf...again

But the first from an actual machine. Good strong Canadian flour (recommended but what's wrong with our own does anyone know?). Certainly worked a treat. You'll notice the ender has gone as toast and marmalade for supper (that we don't normally have). These bread makers are a bit of a wonder to me really. Very white inside, not yellow as my photo might imply. I am not sure if you can bake seeds etc on the outside with these things though. If not then they would be a bit boring looking.
