Wilanow Palace

Pronouced Vilanov and said to be the Versailles of Poland.

Got the bus down, to arrive late morning, for a pootle through the grounds and palace. Loads of wedding couples with photographers, using the venue for a pleasant backdrop to their photos... I'm convinced they do it all the day before the 'big day' because we kept passing one couple, who had been there for hours - the groom looking suitably bored!

Anyway - Wilanow: Done!

Lazy afternoon, taking a couple of trams home - shops and buisnesses were closed for Assumption Day (national flags on buses and buildings) so no shopping opportunities.

Tried another cafe-bar up the road, sitting outdoors again in the early evening. Nice grub and wine, so all good.
