Today's family adventure

If you have been following my blip journal for the past few days, you know that our daughter and her family from Arizona have been visiting, and we have been busy. Our adventure for today was a canoe trip down the Cuyahoga River, dodging rocks and underwater logs just waiting to snag us, and avoiding several wasp nests in overhanging trees.

Before the canoe journey began, we were full of energy and ready to go, having done nothing more strenuous in the morning except attend church. After the seven mile trip, we just barely managed to get everyone standing for this group picture. This blip includes two-thirds of our daughters with their husbands and kids. However, our other daughter and her husband have joined us for pizza and family time this evening.

It is now Sunday evening here in Ohio. I hope your Sunday has been a good one too.
