Not mushroom in here

A number of groups of tiny mushrooms have appeared on one of the lawns in the past two days. Hundreds and hundreds of them. I was loathed to cut them down when I cut the grass. They are far more interesting than the usual large field type mushrooms that normally grow at this time of year.

It shows that the cooler air is driving us towards autumn.
Another autumnal blip is planned for tomorrow.
