Ok I didn't take the photo, but I thought it was still a good post. A chance to see if I am any fitter after a summer of activities.....and I think the answer may be yes! So 66 miles, average speed 16 1/2 mph and minimal knee trouble. So I am very happy about this, just with the next few weeks travelling, I don't know when I'll next get a ride in.
