Inflation to Flat Correlation Study...

I think there may be a correlation between me inflating my tyres above 80 psi and getting punctures. It happened again yesterday. Pumped up my tyre in the morning and by the time I'd gotten home at night it was flat. It was rather a dramatic flat so it's possibly not related, but the two events to happen in close proximity to each other rather often.
