"Orchids & Orchids"...

...At our one of our local shopping centres today, was the big day for the Orchid Show for the district - and what beautiful orchids they were, some we'd never seen before, and some we just felt like touching, but no, that was definitely not on - they seemed so unreal...

...And we all enjoyed the outing to view these beautiful flowers that so many dedicated folk put into the growing and special presentation of them..

...My favorite was the dappled purple and white, I'm not sure what the name of that one was, but it was beautiful...there must be so much work in growing them successfully...and what a lovely hobby it would be too...
