Bournemouth pier - not Joe Bonamassa

This is not what I wanted to blip.

Conventboy2 and I set off for Bournemouth to see my all time music hero Joe Bonamassa. If you dont know him see this).
The gig was fantastic. We were seated in the sixth row so that was
perfect (I was next to a very fat man which was not so perfect but hey-ho, you can't have everything!). The music just filled my soul for nearly 2 1/2 hours. I have never seen anyone play so magically before.

BUT I couldnt get any photos! I saw that people were having cameras taken off them so I left my bigger one in the car and just took in my little compact. There was no way it could cope with the light levels and my sons phone didnt do much better. Yet all around me people were getting great shots on their phones. So why do:-

a)we camera loving people bother with cameras anymore

b) they confiscate cameras but not phones

They are rhetorical questions because I do know the answers but it just bugs me(and I'm probably just very jealous!!!!)
