Heartfreek's September Challenge.

These "people" were taking part in a dry stone walling competition today. I must say I hadn't appreciated how much work goes into erecting such a wall. They are constructed using stones without any mortar, carefully interlocked. It was serious business and the judges were watching over them the whole time scribbling away on their clipboards. A very hot job for the competitors today as the weather was glorious!
