Minadab Cottage

This thatched gothic cottage was built in 1820 in the 'cottage ornee' style based on Horace Walpole's Thames-side villa at Strawberry Hill, Twickenham. The heavy skies we've had today didn't make the best of the pink paint so we've gone for a slightly predictable sepia. It's currently a B&B so you can stay here if you wish.

Thank you all so much for your greetings on my 300th blip you really are a wonderful bunch. It's been most enjoyable having that little red balloon and your lovely comments. I've been sharing it with drpeej yesterday and Draco today because we joined at the same time. It seems amazing that we've all got so far without missing a day.

Thanks for your ongoing support and I'll do my best to keep you interested as we move on to the 365 balloon.
