My recovery from manflu continues and so I took a brisk walk in the sunshine/pouring rain (delete as applicable) at lunchtime before meeting Mrs Scobes and Owen for lunch prior to their Book Festival shows; wish I'd been able to take a half day to join them.

Quite a surprising turn of events with my project at work today....Friday will prove a decisive day, but I've got a shitload to get through before then.
