Blip de Blip de Blip....

......felt much better when I woke this morning, although I still seem to have the lungs of a hacking old crone. Hopefully that's me on the mend from a fairly unpleasant and prolonged bout of manflu.

It was a day of two halves with wet and windy stuff in the morning, followed by a bright and often sunny afternoon. I was busy doing nothing in the morning and then attended a gathering of the Clan Scobes to celebrate young Jenna's 11th birthday, followed by washing and oiling of my bike whilst supping a glass of chilled Tremlett's Bitter.....I feel a bit squiffy after one bottle.....hic....teehee....

oh, McLeod's Stornoway Black Pudding with onion chutney and baked tattie for tea tonight.....delicioustastic.
