More fun on the porch!

I must have looked like I had the best time cleaning the porch on Wednesday, as today I got to do it all over again, fantastic! Fortunately, it was not such a mammoth task this time, so got through it quite quickly. I then chopped fruit for a fruit salad for tomorrow evening's murder mystery event. I am now an expert kiwi chopper!

After work John and I had to collect more wood and kindling for our fire burner and came across a lake with a little row boat. The boat had obviously been abandoned ages ago and was full of rain water. We tried to tow it into the jetty so that we could empty it out and hopefully go for a sail later in the week, but the water made it it so heavy that we had no chance! The amazing fuschia jumper I am wearing was given to me by Avril, our host, as I was so cold. It is really itchy and looks pretty awful on me, but it does keep me warm!
