Day 26 – North Sydney, Canada (not Australia!)

We picked up our hire car this morning and were pleased to be given a much larger car than we had booked – a Chrysler 200. The weather turned as soon as we had packed our bags into the boot and rained solidly for the next 5 hours or so. Not a great start!! I think we missed some pretty amazing views today because of the rain, but we made it to North Sydney safely and in plenty of time to catch our 11.45pm ferry over to Newfoundland. We will spend the night aboard the MV Blue Puttees before arriving in Port-Aux-Basques at around 7.30am in the morning.
