A sunny yet cooler day which was quite lovely.
Ben and I went to breakfast at a vegan place called "dough" for some vegan southern styled breakfasts. Think biscuits (not cookies) with potatoes and sausage gravy that kind of thing. After our hearty meals we took a lovely walk through the neighborhood around the place. Many historical homes and the worse pavements you could imagine... roots and cracked cement everywhere. That would never fly in Edinburgh.
First walk of any length in a while. It is a good thing I am not eating lots of crisps, cakes or curries or drinking hardly any beer... booooooooooooo.
Later, I decided to look into art biz things... yawn...
and of course Stewart punctuates the day through the ether. :)
I just received a lovely note from someone who saw my "ghost of the past exposed" works while on display in Edinburgh. He wanted to know the sources for the words within the work. He wrote "I come from the Outer Hebrides and am very thrilled to see such Gaelic poetic expressions!" I will take that as the highest compliment!
PS. I failed to take the drugs before bed last night as it was feeling better- mistake woke up in pain again today... :( ultimately though it is getting better... :)
