hockey game!

Apparently it rains a lot here....so we weren't too surprised to be greeted with torrential rain this morning! Morgan and Ace (her boyfriend) took me to this fabulous mexican place for brunch....it was absolutely delicious! Then, after a quiet hour on the couch with my book, we headed off to the rink to watch morgan play the first game of the season! I stood right beside the players bench, and felt like i was a real sports photographer...it was so cool! being that close the action felt so exciting! They won the game 1-0!!!

Also, we were joined by her dad's brother Chris....whom i haven't seen in over 4 years! it was just fabulous to catch up with him and find out what he's been up to!

Home again, indian food ordered for delivery.......i never get to do delivery......and a wee glass of vino - another splendid day here on the west coast!
