Trip out to do a river studies day which was lots of fun. The kids loved being in the river, even if some of them were a bit scared beforehand. Then it just became a game of who could get the most water in their wellies, followed by how many people does it take to get your wellies off. Very funny.

Then I got home and made some baked falafel burgers which were delicious!!
