A Lovely End To A Lovely Day

Woke to a lovely golden sunrise.

Our first stop was at the nearby village of Alrewas to go and get a Sunday Telegraph for The Mother. We love to do the crossword on Sunday morning! It was so nice and warm at lunchtime that we got out the picnic table and sat having lunch outdoors at Branston Water Park.

It's just so lovely here and I was pleased to have seen a kingfisher other than this one on the tiller pin! ( I would have PSed out the pin bit but there are folk who would have known!)
