CHOOOO CHOOOO, LINE UP, LINE UP, LINE UP!!

The children are dropped off between 7:30 and 8. At 8 we go outside for ACTION KIDS - we sing, we dance, we stretch, we get ready for a long and active day at school. This week we are preparing for Nigerian Independence Day - we have to perform a Nigerian song and wear traditional clothing/'Old School Nigeria' clothes. That's going to be a blip and a half... So, this morning, I brought in these beads and we wore them to Action Kids! Busy, busy day. Still learning SO much each day, and my brain feels like it is constantly going to explode. I have lesson plans coming out of my ears, am learning how to co-ordinate three teaching assistants, control 20 2/3 year olds AND try and keep management happy/parents comfortable and myself sane... I got home at 5pm, sat down, did tomorrow's lesson plan in more detail than usual to get my teachers really involved and aware of the learning goals we will cover, the specific ways activities will be carried and who does what. Will wait and see how it works tomorrow... How it took 2 hours I have no idea... I need to eat!!

Not enough time in the day/awake for too long these days.
