Tuesday: Jasper National Park

Well, the weather has cleared up nicely which is great as we saw some big scenery today.  We left Revelstoke this morning and are now in Jasper, having driven through the national park to get here.

Oh my word, the scenery is just amazing, with every stretch being more thrilling than the last.  This was Mistaya River which crashes through canyons until it gets to Peyto Lake.  Don't worry that this is not a mountain shot, there will be plenty more opportunities in the coming days.

Jasper is quaint and getting chilly!

And tonight is the night that I hope to be able to finally smack the jet lag on the head!
