I can't look!

I was taking some snaps in the High Street today and didn't notice this potentially dangerous situation in the photo until I got home. I know the lady didn't slip because I remember seeing her in the car park some time after I had taken the picture....phew! I don't know what had been spilled on the pavement to warrant it being scrubbed with soapy water in the middle of a busy morning though.
