Day 43 – Halifax, Nova Scotia

Another beautiful day today so we decided to take a trip over to Dartmouth on the other side of the river. We took the public transport ferry which is very cheap (and free to return if you make the journey within 2 hours of buying your ticket). This photo shows the Halifax skyline, taken from the back of the ferry. We love Halifax and think it has a great feel to it, the only thing that lets it down is that it is not a very ‘pretty’ city!

There wasn’t too much to see in Dartmouth, but we found a nice park by the water to wander around.
