Our beautiful cat Laika died in the early hours this morning. I am so sad. So unexpected and I miss him so much. Life has been such a blur with the 2 little ones that I feel that I often didn't get the chance to be with him as much as I'd have liked. I really thought he was the cat the girls would grow up with. Such a tolerant cat and so good with the girls. I just wish it was a dream. My beautiful calm constant companion goodbye.x
