I surprised Jenny with a trip to Fun Pots, a ceramic pottery painting studio just down the road from us, which even more conveniently has an evening session every Wednesday.

We had agreed, simply by mutual omission from actually arranging something, that we would have a night in for our anniversary, & a lovely & relaxing evening yesterday was too! But I couldn't just leave it there, so I set about organising tonight's treat. It was that time again too - we had both also come straight from the Office & given blood too, so treat number two was most definitely deserved!

We had a wicked, full couple of hours there, studying our bowls & pondering how best to decorate them. It's very detailed work, but great fun. I'd managed to squeeze a cheeky bottle of red wine in too without Jen noticing, so when I whipped that out the bag, we were set!

Fortunately, the only things to be blasted were the ceramics. Our bowls will be ready in a weeks time, so watch this space.
