The foodular face, or should it be farce!? was the scene of preparation for my fruit pot, which I take to work everyday. It's a great way to keep healthy & lately I found it a much more fun way of enjoying my greens, reds & yellows!

Continuing the theme, I ventured out this eve to the Wok Inn at Shortgate to meat Dad & Ri for a delicious & fun Chinese meal. We had a lovely time!
