On the Prince of Wales Pier

Wet and miserable today.Strong winds still forecast. Decided not to head west any more in view of unsettled weather and Brendan's back . Luckily the back is much better so we just continue to wait for a better weather outlook.
Drizzled as we popped back and forth to the shower block and laundry and then as we walked out along the Prince of Wales pier which was one of the original harbour walls.
We are so used to muddy East Coast water that it always comes as a surprise to see the water is this colour even on a miserable day.
We walked about 4 miles not getting anywhere much but it's amazing how you can fill a day with just living
