Three houses up our street are in the Real Estate market. Asking price for two similar models is $298,000 for about 1900 sq. ft. House with the red sign is smaller, a two bedroom, 1500 sq. ft. asking $225,000.

Another house down the street and with a great view is 2400 sq. ft., asking $419,000. It has lots of extras including a fireplace, granite counters, and a swimming pool, which imho is a liability as is proximity to a busy street.
