Exercise Class
Mon - Wed - Fri are the days for Exercise Class. We work with movement, weights, and resistance bands under the direction of Dennis, our Fitness Instructor. We do seated exercises, standing exercises, and dance steps to pump up our heart rates. Since this week is Senior Exercise Week, we are having class in the Lobby instead of the Exercise Room.
