A new direction

Two things, downloaded iOS 7 today which gives a square photo option. Then we went into town and I bought a sketch pad, some pens and a few coloured pencils from this display. The intention is to try and do some map drawing. When I was a lad at school I used to love drawing maps, which was helpful as I went on to study geography and teach the subject for many years. I've hardly drawn any maps in the last 30 years and I've felt the urge to have a go again. Hence the purchases today. The first map I have in mind will tell the story of our epic walk around the Kent Coast. I'll keep you posted.
