Church Chest

This chest is said to contain one of the oldest books to record births deaths and marriages from 1500. My brother-in law (the rector) is arranging for me to see it, I can't wait. As for the chest it is huge and beautifully decorated I would love it in my house but I don't think he can arrange that for me. Fingers crossed I will be allowed to photograph the book.
