Seat with a view

Feeling really rough all day. Seem to be getting an awful lot of bad headaches recently. I hope it isn't something sinister....................more likely to be my poor diet and unhealthy living (at least that's what I keep telling myself anyway)

Had a slow lazy start and got into work late in my flexi. Took the whole 2 hours for lunch and then left as soon as I could at four. Headache didn't deminish all day until about 11:30 in the evening by bed time - par for the course!

Had a lovely long walk in Inverleith Park with the ginger boy after work trying to clear my head. Very autumnal. Not a breath of wind, quite a few little bonfires with people burning the leaves etc in the allotments, lots of happy doggies careering about with each other. Ideal!

Dozed on the sofa after tea but managed to wake up in time for Eastenders and then Strictly. Got to love autumn for the telly programmes at least.
