To sum up our holiday..

The discovery of Vino Etna Bianco - we had a few of these.. And Pasta alla Norma (tomato and aubergine)
I had aubergine every day in one form or another! Love it!
I've had a lovely holiday.
We are on the way to the airport with a driver that keeps yawning and saying 'mama Mia' and apologising! Ooer! :-/
