Flying Home

Black back gull (koraro) is making his way home on the wing over Lake Ellesmere/Te Waihora, shot this evening into a southerly sky.

Bit of a simple blip today, and it's up late too. Not feeling so flash neither; Mrs H is crook but a rotten coldy-type thing and I'm doing my best to stave it off with a medicinal hot toddy or two.

It's Mrs H's birthday on Sunday. - I reckon it could be a very quiet one at this rate...
