Memories Matter

Decided to do a 'virtual walk' today for Memories Matter, who are raising funds for Alzheimer's for whilst my mum doesn't have it, although her memory is changing being nearly 93, I feel for families who have to deal with this cruel disease.

The walk was real, all 13.4 miles of it as I can feel it in my muscles but the walk can be done anywhere in the world which is great.

Off for a well earned soak I think.
