George Square

This is George Square after a temporary renovation in plenty of time before Glasgow hosts the Commonwealth Games next year. There was a huge council spat about re-designing the square which basically Glasgow can't afford. I think most Glaswegians will be fairly happy with the result, the nasty red Tarmac has been removed and areas where grass had been removed has now been re-turfed.
