Yes I did!

Got out on the bike - 4 weeks since my op. Very pleased with myself. It was more a pleasant spin rather than a full on session. Also had a wee swim too. It's the simple things in life!

This has been a great day, I was waiting to hear if we were getting a puppy from a litter and we are. Yeh! German Shepherd.
