Highs and Lows

A beautiful day here, started off misty but it soon lifted.
Went for a walk this morning, just for the sake of going for a walk.
tired me out a bit but 3 miles covered.
Progress :-)
Cleaned the bird table, bird bath and topped up the feeders for this chap :-)
Felt low all afternoon, but best to focus on the positives.
