Monday :-(

Nightmare weekend, started to feel ill on Saturday night, shivers, shakes and nonsense :-(
Yesterday, felt totally drained and spent most of the day in bed, dosed off and on.
Not much better today, feel very weak, maybe I should have gone into work, I feel safer there
A beautiful day outside, such a waste when you don't feel right
