The long wait

Tim and I drove to Somerset today to see my Mum in her new house. We had the crappiest journey - it took four hours just to do the first 34 miles, thanks to a rather nasty looking accident on the M25. Total journey time was almost seven hours - so we arrived in time for dinner instead of just after lunch as planned. Had a lovely evening though, catching up with my sister and brother-in-law as well as my Mum - they've been doing lots of painting and DIY around the house for my Mum, and my brother-in-law cooked us all a lovely dinner.
