Segmented

The perfect day for cloud blippers. The sky was a clear polished steel at dawn and above the warm rocks we sat whilst the first fledgling clouds swirled and dissolved into the blue. Lenticulars marshalled in the west then, in formation crossed the sky like battleships. Mackerel patterning clustered around the zenith and beautiful segmented clouds drifted in at a pace different to the rest of the world below.
