Birthdays

Today was such a busy day.... Getting a full day's work done & then sorting out a card & gifts from Ferguson for Ian's birthday were slightly stressful, that coupled with the fact that he wanted to make him some cookies aswell...! Anyway I managed to get everything done & it seems the Daft Punk cd, football book, the shortbread & home made card seemed to be well received & Ferguson excitedly delivered them which was very sweet of him. My evening commenced with more birthday celebrations - the cake for Barry's birthday weekend tomorrow. It's a rhubarb & lemon, which I'm hoping will be much more of a cake than a pudding (because with me & rhubarb, that's what usually happens!) Lots more to do to it tomorrow- in between a ton of work & packing bags.,.& I'm feeling terribly run down with snot & sneezing...
