Birch Bay

This is how it looks in Birch Bay when it has been raining. I like the looks along the water front here because the colors seem bright and intense. The pots of flowers setting on the pilings do cheer things up.
My friend and I had lunch in Birch Bay then drove around to see if there were any neat birds that might make a good blip. Nothing but gulls were on the shore line and I have taken several of them. So this beach café caught my eye. And the fish and chips here are very good.
