Cineraria

Another near sleepless night. Cough cough cough... ad nauseum.

It seems that I must sleep sitting upright if I am to control the cough. Tonight I will try to raise the top of my mattress and see if that has an effect. So tired.

Drove the Mother out to her appointment with her osteopath and then we both enjoyed a coffee and piklets at a nearby nursery. They had a new supply of cinerarias showcased in the tunnel house that leads to the cafe. They are such vivid colours and have a rich plushness that reminds me - for some reason - of Rembrants 'Night Watch' That hint of velvet perhaps!!
