Tide coming in, overcast skies, moody lighting all came together in this image which, for me, has a zen like quality.
Feeling a little better today - I think - but so sore from violent coughing bouts. raised bed seemed to help with sleep pattern. In between coughing bouts I managed some ZZZZZ's. Better tonight I hope. Thank you all for your well wishes. It is always comforting to know that some one out there is empathetic enough to wish a stranger good health. Bless you.
