.....call that a dessert?.....

Fifth session at the gym tonight........powered through....no problem......even upped the reps with the weights to 3 lots of 10 instead of two.........and put an incline on the treadmill!

Home to a dinner of chicken and leek and potato casserole....and not a huge plate full either........followed by this plate of apple, grapes and cheese. Breakfast was cereal and lunch...which I managed to get 30 minutes for.....with only two interruptions......was a chicken, celery, cucumber and carrot concoction.

This getting fit lark is seriously taking over....I actually wanted to go to the gym.....and I'm not aching as much as I was last week.

Jeez....I'm starting not to recognise myself.....where will it all end?
