We've hunted high and low for these........eventually tracked them down.......for the bargain price of £32...........instead of the RRP of £149!!!!!!!!

So...that's one of Charlie's Christmas presents taken care of.

A very busy.......but productive day at work...........despite the pain. My knee seems to be getting more painful by the day...........I've spoken to the Doc again today......because there's still been nothing from the physio referral.

I've even asked for more Co-codamol............despite not wanting to take them........they are addictive..........and they make me feel nauseous.......it's the only way I can get through the day...........driving, working, even sleeping. It's fun in the morning judging when to take one........working out how long it will take me to drive to work........and taking the pill so that I get there before the full effects kick in.

Roll on the weekend when I can substitute alcohol as pain relief!
