Space Optimisation Project (SOP)

Memo to all staff:

"The second phase of data collection for the Space Optimisation Project will start on Monday 14th October. To help prepare for this data collection, the project team are going to test routes and train workers to navigate the campus in advance of the actual data collection. This may require the team to enter teaching rooms in advance of the study going live.

During the training and actual data collection the project workers will enter rooms, note occupancy and depart with minimum interruption. There will be visits every hour to rooms for five consecutive days. I hope you will welcome and support the project team."

Visits every hour for five days? I'd better lay out my red carpet, put on the kettle, and make sure there's enough chocolate digestives to go round.
