Bit of a yucky day so pleased I had this on standby for an indoor blip :)

Very dizzy again first thing, no obvious trigger so I'm still suspecting the slight change in weather :-/ I'm trying beta blockers again but can't remember if they worked at all last time, I think the only side effect was even weirder dreams than usual so I can cope with that if they help!
