A Susie Cooper Production

These are a couple of plates I use daily - I seem to remember that my mother bought a number of plates of this design and different sizes, I think they were 'seconds', from a stall in the market in the early 1950's. I'd never realised, but apparently Susie Cooper was quite a well known designer, and you can even find a web site site about her and her designs! These aren't of any real value, but I'll certainly enjoy my cheese sandwich more when I prepare it on one of these plates in the future.
