"A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush"

Sorry! Actually the bird is on the refrigerator door - the new refrigerator/freezer following the demise of the old one about 10 days ago after 25 years service. Now the strimmer has broken, though I'm hoping I have sourced a replacement part to revive it.
